How a hobby became a career
Long story short, I started writing as a hobby in my late twenties. Over time, the hobby turned into a career. I also took up photography at around the same time.
I moved to the UK sixteen years ago and discovered a whole different take on food culture. Somebody suggested I should write about it. I began writing a food blog almost four years ago. After several false starts, Antonella's Kitchen took its present form a year ago and has been running ever since.
Cooking and photography, my passions!

I've worked as an assistant set decorator in the film industry, a theatre assistant and an art restorer. I have a broad writing experience, from graphic novel adaptations of classic stories to academic writing. My interest in the visual arts inspired me to undertake an MA in historical research. I now work at Team Sputnik Visual, a graphic design company, as a creative director.
